Sugar-free syrup & Reduced Sugar Syrup

The sugar-free syrup can be made from AlluPure™(allulose), Ingvia® Stevia, Mogroside V, erythritol, and maltitol.



Erythritol is a zero-sugar, zero-calorie sweetener. It pairs excellently with Ingvia® Stevia or Mogroside V in terms of flavor and has been widely used in beverages. It can also be used in syrups. However, it is important to note that erythritol has a relatively low solubility, and syrups containing erythritol should not be stored at low temperatures.

 

In comparison, maltitol and AlluPure™(allulose) have solubility profiles closer to that of sucrose. Syrups made with these ingredients have better flow and viscosity, which aligns more with traditional expectations. When combined with Ingvia® Stevia or Mogroside V, they can produce zero-sugar syrups that achieve the same level of sweetness and taste as sucrose.

 

Stevia-flavored syrups are instantly soluble in both hot and cold drinks, helping to compensate for the shortcomings of solid saccharified sugars. They offer a fragrant and pure taste without any unpleasant aftertaste. Non-caloric, safe, and healthy, sugar-free syrups are suitable for a wide range of products.
